Whether you are dealers or end customers, you will get all your interested information and have confusions answered from your exclusive customer service representative, who is with you every step from pre-sales inquiry to after sales service.

On-time delivery

1. The delivery cycle is 7-30 days (depends on the actual order situation)
2. We monitor the production process in real time and regularly report to the customer to keep them informed of the latest status.

Our production process: mechanical parts assembly → electrical system assembly → machine debugging → running test (>24h) → embroidery test →packaging and packing → shipping

Technical support, free training and spare parts supply

1. Our dedicated after-sales team provides free technical supports about machine operation and maintenance. Customer can quickly learn how to operate a machine via operation manuals, instruction videos and video call with our staff.
2. WONGYO provides free training in our factory.
3. All embroidery machines are backed by a 3-year warranty. Vulnerable parts like needle and thread are included in the kit. You can also order new spare parts via E-mail or WhatsApp. With a large number of spare parts stocks, we will ship the parts with no charge in 24 hours after receiving your order.

Our process for machine failure:
We will respond in 24h via E-mail or WhatsApp after customer send us the photos or videos of machine failure. Our after-sales team will provide a troubleshooting solution and the detailed steps via video call.
If there were any broken parts, we will send a replacement part as quickly as possible to shorten machine down time and decrease production loss.
